He earned his MBBS and MS from PGIMS, Rohtak. During his postgraduation he had the honour of being trained under the famous squint and oculoplastic surgeon Dr A.K Khurana. He did his Fellowship from Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai.

He is a member of All India Ophthalmic Society, Delhi Ophthalmic Society, Indian Society of Cosmetic Surgery and the Secretary of Faridabad Ophthalmic Society. He has been a speaker and faculty at various state and national level conferences on Oculoplasty.

He is also a Senior Consultant at Max Hospital, Gurgaon.
